Before implementing Onboarding 360, supervisors would normally meet with new hires face to face. For example, a supervisor gets ready to hire a new employee. The new employee comes into the office to complete new hire paperwork and they also exchange paperwork that they both came into physical contact with, risking exposure to COVID-19. With Onboarding 360 new hires can safely complete new hire paperwork from home! All processes are completed without having to shuffle papers back and forth or have multiple in-person meetings. This helps everyone stay safe, healthy and socially distanced.

Onboarding 360 is a great tool for employers to utilize while hiring new employees while also practicing social distancing. The process begins with the employer entering limited data on the new hire from their computer. Then, the employee is alerted via email to begin entering all pertinent information for employment from the comforts of their home computer or smartphone. Once the employee is done, the employer must verify all I-9 documentation and then with the click of a button, alert payroll that the paperwork is completed and ready for import into payroll. As a payroll processor, all documents are online and easily imported into payroll without having to handle physical papers.
